We are seeking a highly computer-savvy person to assist our Marketing Team with CRM and Sales automation projects. This role combines customer service skills, project planning, creative marketing and anlytical skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
Essential Functions

Assists with the planning and implementation of dealer mailings, lead handling, and other CRM-relating activities.
Analyze marketing campaign performance using HubSpot and other analytics platforms to drive strategic decision-making.
Manage and optimize e-commerce initiatives through Shopify, tracking key metrics and identifying growth opportunities.
Maintain marketing databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Assist in planning sales and marketing events.
Assists in the selection and purchase and distribution of promotional items for sales and dealer use.
Create data reports in Excel for key marketing metrics.
Develop and maintain marketing materials with basic graphic design support using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple marketing channels.
Support promotional activities and marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing tools and platforms
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience with a CRM or marketing automation techniques.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High comfort level with technology and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
Experience with promotional campaigns and marketing program execution
Experience with marketing automation and email marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, and/or Sales Hub)
Hands-on experience with Shopify platform management
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design software
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Experience with additional design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
Supervisory Responsibility
This is not a supervisory role.
Work Environment
This job operates in an office environment. Offices are near manufacturing shops and will have some exposure to sounds and noise level that may be distracting or uncomfortable.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift 50lbs. Some walking, standing and repetitive movement.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Travel
Travel will be minimal.
Required Education and Experience High School Graduate
Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Three or more years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing and B2B.
