Job Summary

Scelzi Equipment is looking for a positive, hard-working and motivated team player to joining the Parts Department at our Azusa location. If this sounds like you, we may have a spot for you in our company.

Candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Loading/unloading delivery trucks.
- Perform parts warehouse operations such as sorting, stocking, organizing, etc..
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving department as needed.
- Picking up /delivery of parts.

Qualifications

- Prior warehousing experience preferred.
- Need hardworking, organized and ambitious individual.
- Multi-tasking skills with excellent follow up and follow through ability.
- Need to be a great communicator and problem solver.
- Must be able to pass forklift certification.
- Good customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and must also be insurable.
- Safe work practices.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet while in the office, or moderately loud when in the field.

Physical Demands

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Required Education and Experience

1.Two (2) years experience in shipping and receiving
2.Driving Record -Must provide Motor Vehicle Report
3.Must be forklift certified

Preferred Education and Experience

Clean driving record.

Additional Requirements

Candidate must pass DOT pre-employment drug test and pre-placement physical.
